Location: The Church of St. Michael
Title: Youth & Young Adult Faith Formation Coordinator
Description: The Churches of St. Michael & St. Mary in Stillwater, MN are seeking a Youth & Young Adult Faith Formation Coordinator to join our faith formation team. The leader in this role leads middle school students, high school students, and young adults and their families on their way to Christian maturity by facilitating a culture of discipleship through moments of community involvement, prayer, charitable work, cultural events, and catechesis. The coordinator will also work in tandem with the Adult Faith Formation Coordinator, Pre-K - 6th Faith Formation Manager, and the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd team members to promote the mission of the Church. The person in this role should be actively living the Catholic faith in his/her own personal life and will serve as a positive role model to the members of the Catholic parishes and school in our community.

This position would be non-exempt,  full-time and benefit eligible. The person in this role would be eligible for paid time off as well as the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, FSA, HSA, Dependent Student Discounts to our parish and school programs, and 403b with up to 3% match.
